How do I clean my nxe case?

If your nxe case gets dirty, simply wipe it off with a microfiber cloth, or damp towel if needed. DO NOT use any harsh cleaning solutions, as they may cause surface imperfections.

Can the ActiveSLEEVE™ be washed in a washing machine?

Yes. Machine wash COLD, with like colors. Do not use softeners or bleach, and HANG DRY only. Do not iron or dry clean.

Will the ActiveSLEEVE™ fit my portable music player/ mobile phone/ smartphone/ etc)?

The ActiveSLEEVE™ will fit smaller devices like an iPod Nano, but also comfortably fit larger devices like an iPhone 3G or Motorola DROID -- Most portable music players, mobile phones, and smartphones fall into this size range, and will fit well. There’s usually even extra space for a locker key, gym membership card, or some spare cash!

How do I know what size ActiveSLEEVE™ I am?

The general rule of thumb is to choose the ActiveSLEEVE™ size, similar to your regular T-shirt size. (i.e. If you wear a Medium T-Shirt, a Medium ActiveSLEEVE™ should fit well.) In some cases, this isn’t accurate, so we have provided a detailed chart below:

How fast will my order arrive?

Order arrival time will depend on when you placed your order, the shipping choice selected, and the availability of the product you ordered. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number. If your order has shipped, and you did not receive a tracking number, please call Customer Service for help.

I am currently deployed overseas. Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes! We will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses – AA, AE, AP (Order would ship via the US Postal Service)

What is nxe’s return policy?

nxe will accept a return on a product that is in NEW condition, with ALL included parts, accessories, and packaging. A valid SALES RECEIPT, DATED WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS, from nxe, is required. nxe does not accept returns on product purchased at a retail location or a retail website – nxe only accepts returns on product purchased through nxeproducts.com.
